In
order to hold a desired date, a non-refundable deposit
of $500 is required. 50% of your estimated bill
is due at least 30 days prior to your function, based
on the estimated head count. All advanced deposits
will be applied to this amount.
All
final arrangements and details regarding your function
must be received at least 14 days prior to your event
date. It is customary that all banquets
are four (4) hours in length but if you should need
more time, there will be a $150 per hour additional
room charge that is NOT pro-rated and is allowed up
to two (2) hours. This option must be made in
advance and is pending on room availibility. All
food and beverage served are to be provided by CS Banquets.
No outside food or beverage may be brought in
unless authorized by management.

CS
Banquets offers a facility that accomodates up to 400
people depending on the type of event. The room
charges are as follows:
- Sunday
through Friday for luncheon banquets (11:00
a.m. to 3:00 p.m.): 50 people and over is free.
Under 50 people costs $100.
- Sunday
rhtough Friday evening banquets (5:00 p.m. to
9:00 p.m.): 75 people and over is free. Under
75 people costs $150.
- There
is a guaranteed minimum of 100 people for all
Saturday events. Banquets are booked from
11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to
1:00 a.m. with the maximum time of 4 hours for
an event. 100 people to 150 people, the
cost is $500, 151 people to 200 people is $300
and 201 people and over is free.
These
room charges are subject to a $15.00 /head minimum of
catering service. Room charges can change in other
situations and/or scenarios.

To
help make your event successful, the following are due
seven (7) days prior to your function date:
• A
guaranteed number of guests that will be attending.
This number will be the minimum guaranteed and
cannot be lowered. Confirm number should not be
below 90% of orginial number. An 18% service charge and 9.5%
state and city tax will be added to your total bill.
If any other charges accrue, they will be due
upon completion of the event. •
